Del Monte Fresh Produce recognizes that our employees are a valuable asset to our company, and so we are proud to present an overview of benefits we currently offer.

Employees are eligible for some benefits on the 1st of the month, following 30 days from date of hire.

EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTIONS

Dental Plan: Employees can choose one of our current dental plans offered with Metlife or Delta Dental.

(Following the first 30 days of employment, effective the first of the following month)

Medical Plan: We currently offer medical services through UMR (a division of United Healthcare).

(Following the first 30 days of employment, effective the first of the following month)

Retirement Savings Plan 401(k): Employer match of 50% - up to 6%, with a 2 year vesting schedule.

EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS

Vision Plan: A variety of services offered by Vision Service Plan.

(Following the first 30 days of employment, effective the first of the following month)
 
Accidental Death and Dismemberment: Basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment services covered by Del Monte Fresh Produce. (Additional coverage may be purchased)

Basic Life Insurance: Basic Life Insurance services covered by Del Monte Fresh Produce.

Educational Reimbursement: Up to $3,000 per calendar year, includes tuition and books.

(Eligible after one year of service)

Employee Assistance Program: Trained professional staff members available to offer counseling services, and to connect employees to helpful resources for matters dealing with stress management, elder care and child care services.

Short Term Disability: Short Term Disability Insurance services covered by Del Monte Fresh Produce.

Long Term Disability: Long Term Disability Insurance services covered by Del Monte Fresh Produce.

Voluntary Supplemental Insurance: Choose from an array of supplemental insurance services:

- Pre-Paid Legal Plan and Identity Theft

Flexible Spending Account: Up to maximum allowable limit of pre-tax dollars, which can be used to pay for medical expenses including prescriptions, deductibles, co-payments and more.

Dependent Child Care Account: Up to maximum allowable limit of pre-tax dollars, which can be used to pay for child care expenses including daycare, schools, summer camps and more.

(Excludes sleep away camps)

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

Paid Time Off (PTO):Based on hire date and accrued from the first day of employment. (Eligible to use after ninety day probationary period)

Annual company paid holidays: Based on holiday schedule as decided by Del Monte Fresh Produce.

Employee Referral Program: A referral to our company, may entitle you to a referral bonus based on eligibility requirements.
